FPA has a small, dispersed team of home-based workers and a board of six unpaid directors who perform various roles within the organisation. 

We are recruiting for an Organising Lead

Salary: £32-£36k/year, depending on circumstances, for a 4-day week (pro rated equivalent for 5 days would be £40-45k)

Location: Remote, UK-based (essential)

Working hours: 30 hours, flexible, includes some evening and weekends

Contract: Fixed term – one year with intention to extend indefinitely, funding permitting

Closing date: 9am, Monday 16th June

Interviews: Monday 23rd,  Tuesday 24th June (Weds 25th possible)

Start date: Flexible
