Become a member of Fuel Poverty Action and step into an exciting grassroots network where your voice, ideas and energy can shape the future of our work. As a member, you’ll become part of a dynamic, UK-wide network of activists, all taking action to fight fuel poverty in their own unique ways.

You’ll be invited to our monthly meetings, where we plan how to take impactful action together, navigating the ever-evolving political landscape. In these meetings, you will meet organisers with decades of experience in fighting against fuel poverty and plan to take action together, whether that is through in-person rallies, remote campaigns, or making your voice heard in the media through our Fuel Poverty Voices group; your contribution will help raise awareness and make change.

Joining FPA is quick and easy:

Step 1. Fill out this form to tell us you’re interested.

Step 2. Someone from our team will meet with you to get to know you.

Step 3. Complete a Members Form.

Step 4. Read our members’ handbook and agree to our Aims, Principles, and Nonstitution.

Our members created these documents to help us work well as a team, stay focused on the most important things, and ensure we treat each other and our allies respectfully. Together, we’re stronger and can make a big difference!

Unlike many organisations, we get to know our members on a personal level so that we foster friendship throughout our work against fuel poverty and climate disaster. Our door is always open for new members, and we look forward to you signing up.

Signed-up members will find useful links and info in the Members’ Hub

Or would you like to volunteer with us?

We also welcome volunteers who want to dive into the day-to-day work that powers Fuel Poverty Action, amplifying our efforts to create lasting impact. To become a volunteer, email contact@fuelpovertyaction.org.uk. Your help will make our efforts even stronger!

The Energy Pricing Revolution

We are all entitled to energy for heating, washing, lighting, cooking, connectivity, and medical needs. Let’s get the money back from the fossil fuel giants who are profiting from our unpayable bills!
